  • Anyone mounted on a horse must wear protective headgear that meets and complies with one of the certifications listed on the USEF website
  • Dogs must be on leashes at all times while on the show grounds or in stable areas. Penalties will apply in accordance with USEF GR1301.6.
  • Stabling will be granted on a first come, first served basis, and is limited.
  • Entries may be limited if numbers exceed capacity of the facility. Entries received after the show is full will be placed on a waiting list. SHOWS MAY FILL BEFORE CLOSING DATES.
  • All entries must be submitted online. No paper, mailed, or faxed entries will be considered.

Photography Policy- New for 2025!

VADA/Nova will have an official show photographer at each licensed show.  The Official Photographer (OP) will have access to photograph inside the show arenas and market to all competitors ahead of time, as well as credit in the Show Program, website, and social media.

Any competitor wanting to have a different photographer on the grounds, must notify the Show Manager ahead of the show.  Unofficial Photographers (UP) will not be advertised by VADA/Nova and may have no more than 3 clients to photograph at the show, those clients must be identified to VADA/Nova when notice is given for the UP's intent to photograph.

Anyone may take photographs of warm up areas, barn spaces, or other activities.  The only limit is the competition arenas, which will be photographed by the OP, or with permission by a UP.

Our goal with this policy is to support our riders, especially those that don't come with an entourage.  We want our members to have access to photographs of their achievements at all levels.  We ask that all competitors, friends, and family adhere to this policy as a kindness to each other.
