Executive Board
The Executive Board is comprised of the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Executive Board is elected from among the Board members, normally at the December Board meeting. Each term is for one year.

Schooling Show Committee
The School Show Committee is responsible for organizing and hosting VADA/Nova's schooling shows. It also maintains relationships with other local show series that are VADA/Nova partners. Scores earned at partner shows can be counted for VADA/Nova Year End awards. Licensed Show Committee
The Licensed Show Committee is respsonsible for planning and hosting VADA/Nova dressage shows that are licensed by the US Equestrian Federation and recognized by the US Dressage Federation.

Communications
Develops and manages VADA/Nova's communications strategy, including the website, member interest communications, outreach on events, and the newsletter.

Board of Directors
The full Board is responsible for ensuring the continuity of the organization, benefits for members, and compliance with policies and procedures, both internal, financial, and through USDF/USEF.
